Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra

A sound bath is a relaxing practice which allows the body to calm itself naturally while listening to sounds from crystal bowls. We will have weighted eye pillows, warm blankets, and relaxing scents that comfort our bodies and senses, encouraging our minds to relax into the reverberations of 432 Hz. We pair this practice with yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) to promote further relaxation and dive deep into our subconscious to promote peace and healing.
